1. The heatmap represents a Contingency table showing the intersection between the input motif sets.
   • Each cell represent the percentage of coverage between two motif sets after clustering.
   • Note that is not a symmetrical matrix.
   • The values in diagonal represent the coverage of one collection versus itself (always = 1.000) .
2. The table show the number of exclusive motifs (those found exclusively in one collection and not in the others) after the clustering.
